The coordination package
This package is for the DIY or self-planning couples! We will provide you with resources to keep you on track in your planning process! You can use these resources as a self guide to help you along the planning pathway.
We will do a phone call meeting 60 days prior to your wedding to make sure everything is going smoothly, and we will evaluate where you are on your planning checklist. Then 30 days prior to your wedding, we will meet for a final walk-through at your venue to complete all the finishing touches. We will discuss layout and day of timeline. We will contact and confirm all vendors, payments, and contacts. We create a detailed timeline for all vendors and the couple to keep everyone on track.
This package includes 1 hour of rehearsal time, which is required to be done on the morning of the wedding, at the venue. It also includes up to 12 hours of on site coordinating for the day of the wedding. We will ensure all vendors arrive on time, we will setup any decor and details brought in that day. We will also take down and pack up all important details from that day, like cake topper, guest book, gifts, champagne flutes, etc. We will keep everyone on track for the day, keep the event running smoothly, and you will get to sit back, relax, and enjoy your big day!
The Coordination Package is $2,500.
The Detail package
Our Detail Package is for the couple who have an idea of their perfect day, but need help designing it, as well as recommendations on vendors that will bring their vision to life. This package starts with a meeting to get to know you and your vision for your big day. We will then make specific recommendations based on what you want for your big day! It also includes extra meetings along the way plus a built in wedding bestie (your planner) to ask any questions needed.
This package will you bring you ease through the designing process, as well as a fun, relaxing wedding day, because this package also includes the final 60 days of our above Coordination Package.
The Detail Package is $3,750.
The Full service package
Our Full Service Package is for the couple who wants to ease the load that comes with planning a wedding. This package is for the couples who want to sit back, enjoy their engagement, and let us handle all the details!
We manage everything from start to finish! This package includes the Detail Package, the last 60 days of the Coordination Package, and more! On top of the two packages listed above, we also provide venue/vendor booking, communication liaison, contract supervision, website creation, guest list input onto the Knot, hotel reservations, and the list goes on!
This package will allow you to enjoy every part of your engagement without having to sweat the small details. Let us take the reins and guide you on your effortless planning journey to your big day!
The Full Service Package is $5,250.
